The Application/Website/Services/products records the information you provide when you download and register for the Application or Services or products. The said information collected from the users could be categorized as “Personal Information “, “Sensitive Personal Information” and “Associated Information “. Personal Information, Sensitive Personal Information and Associated Information (each as individually defined under this Information Technology (Reasonable security practices and procedures and sensitive personal data or information) Rules, 2011 (the “Data Protection Rules “) shall collectively be referred to as “Information” in this Policy.

Shiksha Mission may use this Information to contact you from time to time, to provide you with the Services, important information, required notices and marketing promotions. Shiksha Mission will request you when it need more information that personally identifies you (personal information) or allows us to contact you.

Shiksha Mission will not differentiate between who is using the device to access the Application, Website or Services or products, so long as the log in/access credentials match with yours. In order to make the best use of the Application/Website/Services/products and enable your Information to be captured accurately on the Application/Website/Services/products, it is essential that you have logged in using your own credentials.

Shiksha Mission will, at all times, provide the option to you, not to provide the Personal Information or Sensitive Personal Information, which it seeks from you. Any portion of the Information containing personal data relating to minors provided by you shall be deemed to be given with the consent of the minor’s legal guardian. Such consent is deemed to be provided by your registration with Shiksha Mission.

Shiksha Mission will provide you with the means to ensure that your Personal Information is correct and current. If you have filled out a user profile, it will provide an obvious way for you to access and change your profile from its Application/Services/Website/products. Your Consent

Personal Accidental Insurance & Mediclaim Extension Policy

Communicable disease exclusion clause Notwithstanding any provision to the contrary, this Insurance excludes any loss, damage, liability, expense, fines, penalties or any other amount directly or indirectly caused by, in connection with, or in any way involving or arising out of any of the following including any fear or threat thereof, whether actual or perceived. Any infectious disease, virus, bacterium or other microorganism (whether asymptomatic or not); or Coronavirus (COVID-19) including any mutation or variation thereof; or Pandemic or epidemic, as declared as such by the World Health Organization or any governmental authority.

  • 1. The policy shall be on NAMED basis. Name of the Insured, Age, Address, Nominee name and relation is compulsory.
  • 2. of persons covered should be between 5-25 yrs
  • 3. Only member falling risk category I & II are covered. Armed security guards are excluded from the coverage.
  • 4. Warranted that all members of the group are having sound mental and physical health at time of policy inception
  • 5. In case of addition of account holder/s during course of policy, insured has to provide premium on pro-rata basis for rest of policy period.
  • 6. In case of deletion of account holder/s, premium will be refunded on pro-rata basis subject to no any claim reported against that particular member.
  • 7. Claim will be settle after producing legal heir certificate and other documents.
  • 8. We must get notification of claim within 14 days of accident.
  • 9. In case of death due to snake bite/ insect bite/ animal bite/ Drowning or use of pesticide, poisonous substance then we will require Forensic/ Viscera report
  • 10. Geographical area; Worldwide Terrorism is covered under purview of the policy however any claim due to Nuclear, chemical and biological terrorism is not covered
  • 11. Rest terms/conditions will be as per the Insurance Service Provider policy wordings of Service provider.
